Method

1. Preheat the oven and cook the nut burgers as directed on the packaging.

2. Once cooked, move to the bottom of the oven to keep warm until serving.

3. Heat the grill to a high heat and halve the bread rolls, placing on a tray soft side up and toast.

4. Add the coriander, lime juice and red onion to the bowl with the smashed avocado and mix. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Construct the burgers with 1 patty in each and a third of the avocado mix.

6. Serve with Salad.
