Chicken Caesar Salad Pitta

Method
1. In a bowl whisk the lemon juice, garlic, yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard powder, parmesan and 2-3 TBSP of water together.
2. Season with black pepper, and stir through again.
3. Then add the chicken, lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes to the bowl and mix until it is all coated with the dressing.
4. Toast the pitta to your desired texture.
5. Cut/split the pitta in half and then fill with the chicken and salad mixture.
6. Serve on a plate and enjoy.

1 TSP Lemon
½ Crushed Garlic Clove
1 TBSP 0% Total Greek Yogurt
1 TBSP Heniz Lightest Mayo
¼ TSP Mustard Powder
½ TBSP Grated Parmesan
80g Cooked Chicken Breast
30g Cubed Cucumber
3 Quartered Cherry Tomatoes
1 Cup Green Salad
1 Wholemeal Pitta Bread
