Method

1. Set oven to 180c

2. Peel and chop the apple into blueberry sized pieces and then mix with the rest of filling ingredients in a bowl.

3. In a different bowl measure and mix all the dry topping ingredients. 

4. In a small bowl melt the coconut oil and add the agave.

5. Then mix with the dry topping ingredients, it should look like strudel.

6. Place the apple filling in an ovenproof dish and evenly distribute the topping on top.

7. Bake in the oven for 25 mins.

NOTE: Apple does need to be chopped quite small as it’s not pre cooked beforehand.

For topping:

40g oats

16g plain flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp agave

1/2 tsp coconut oil

For filling:

350g diced red apple

8g cornflour

1 tbsp cinnamon

Pinch of nutmeg
