

Mince Pie Bites

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Dissolve your sweetener in cold water.
3. Use a round pastry cutter to cut 8 circles of Lo-Dough.
4. Spray the cupcake holders with 1 spray of Fry Light each.
5. Dip each circle into the sweetener and water mix, and place on a chopping board.
6. Add 1 TSP of mincemeat to each circle, then flatten down leaving the edges clear.
7. Place your decorations on top of the mincemeat and spray 2 sprays of fry light on each Mince Pie Bite.
8. Carefully place the Mince Pie Bites into the cupcake holders, and put them in the oven for 10 minutes.
Ingredients
1 Lo-Dough Base (cut into 8 bases)
8 TSP Mincemeat (75g)
2 TSP Truvia Sweetener
2 TBSP Cold Water
16 Sprays Fry Light (2 sprays per Mince Pie Bite)
8 Sprays of Fry Light for the base of the cupcake holders (1 spray per holder)
