Method

1. Bring a pan to boil for the pasta.

2. Place the pasta into the water and cook as instructed on the packet.

3. Whilst the pasta is cooking, grate the lime (using a zest grater) into a bowl followed by the juice. 

4. Then add the chopped avocado, tomatoes.

5. Followed by the chopped coriander, onion and chilli.

6. Stir all the ingredients together in the bowl, covering them with the lime juice and zest.

7. Drain the pasta, and place the pasta back into the pan.

8. Add lime juice and ingredients to the pasta, and mix everything together.

9. You can serve this warm or cold.

1 Red Onion (chopped)
