Anytime Omelette

Method
1. Warm a small frying pan, over medium heat. Spray 4 sprays of 1 cal spray.
2. In a jug whisk the egg and egg whites.
3. Pour into the frying pan, wait for 2 minutes.
4. Now add the cheese, ham, spinach & red pepper.
5. Leave for 1 minute.
6. Fold over the omelette, leave on for 30 seconds, then turn over and leave for 30 seconds. Then serve.
Ingredients
1 Medium Egg
100g Egg Whites
3 Slices of Wafer Ham (cut into little squares)
35g Red Pepper (cut into cubes)
70g Spinach
20g Low Fat Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 Cal Spray (4 sprays)
