Tuna Pasta Salad

Method
1. First make the dressing. Add the oil, lemon juice & zest, garlic, and salt & pepper to a bowl and mix well.
2. Add your pre cooked pasta to a large bowl and then add the shredded carrot, sweetcorn, chopped peppers, lettuce & tuna.
3. Pour the dressing over the top, carefully mixing everything together.
4. Serve in a bowl, and enjoy.
**Place the leftover tuna pasta salad into containers, so they are ready to grab and go**

Ingredients For Pasta:
200g Cooked Macaroni
2 Can’s Tuna in Spring Water (Drained)
100g Sweetcorn
2 Small Carrots
1 Yellow Pepper (can use green or red)
3 Cup Shredded Lettuce
Ingredients For Dressing:
4 TBSP Olive Oil
1 Lemon (Juice & Zest)
½ TSP Garlic Powder or Granules
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
