Method

1. In a mixing bowl whisk together the milk, egg, egg white, vanilla, honey and cacao until smooth.

2. Dip the bread into the chocolatey mix until it has mostly soaked in, making sure you’ve covered both sides.

3. Heat a pan with 1 cal spray in a non-stick pan over medium heat, add the bread and fry until crisp before turning over and repeating.

4. Add your strawberries and dust with a little icing sugar (optional).

Ingredients

2 Slices Of Danish Bread 

50 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Medium Egg

100ml Egg White

1/2 TSP Honey

One large TSP of raw cacao powder

1/4 TSP of vanilla extract

50g Strawberries (Cut into quarters)

A few sprays of One Cal Spray
