Method
1. Pour 60g egg whites into egg rings.
2. Add the chicken rashers to the pan, wait a few minutes then flip.
3. Cover pan and allow eggs to cook through.
4. Toast muffins while the chicken rashers and eggs are cooking.
5. Once muffins are toasted and eggs and chicken rashers are cooked, begin assembly.
6. Lay the cheese slices, chicken rashers and egg on to the base of a muffin and then place the top of the muffin on top.
7. Season with Salt & Black Pepper.
