EASTER SPECIAL – Overnight Mini Egg Oats

Method
1. Add the oats & honey to your serving bowl, and mix well.
2. Add the almond milk and mix together.
3. Press down to form the base.
4. Mix the protein yogurt with the cocoa powder until fully combined.
5. Spread the yogurt over the base.
6. Crush the mini eggs (except the three that were saved) and add this on top.
7. Now place the three mini eggs on top.
8. Leave in the fridge overnight, or min 2 hours before serving.
Ingredients
40g Oats
1 TSP Honey
25ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Pot Protein Yogurt (I used vanilla flavour)
1 TSP Cocoa Powder
25g Mini Eggs (crushed & 3 saved for topping)
