Lunch Time Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggies

Method

1. Place your bagel in the toaster, and toast on a low heat.

2. Spray a few sprays into a non-stick frying pan, and add the eggies.

3. Stir continuously, until your desired texture/wetness.

4. Place the bagel thins onto a plate, add the scrambled eggs.

5. Place the Smoked Salmon on top or next to the bagels, season with Salt & Black Pepper and serve.

120g Egg Whites (I used Two Chics)

1 Bagel Thin 

60g Smoked Salmon

Few sprays of 1kcal spray
