Apple & Cinnamon Breakfast Bowl

Method
1. Put all ingredients into a bowl accept the apple, cinnamon and agave.
2. Mix ingredients together.
3. Add chopped apple to the top of the mixture.
4. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
5. Put dish into the fridge to set over night OR eat straight away.
6. Apply agave just before eating.

35g Oats
75g 0% Fat Yoghurt (Or Alpro Vegan Alternative)
100ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
20g Whey Protein (Or Vegan Alternative)
1 Small Apple Corked
1 Tsp Cinnamon
5g Agave Nectar
