Berry & Seed Breakfast Bowl

Method
1. Put all ingredients into a bowl accept the mixed berries, dried seeds and agave.
2. Mix ingredients together.
3. Add berries & seeds to the top of the mixture.
4. Put dish into the fridge to set over night OR eat straight away.
5. Apply agave just before eating.

35g Oats
75g 0% Fat Yoghurt (Or Alpro Vegan Alternative)
100ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
20g Whey Protein (Or Vegan Alternative)
50g Mixed Berries
10g Dried Seeds (Pumpkin/Sunflower)
5g Agave Nectar
