Method
1. Place a pan on the hob on a high heat and add the chorizo.
2. Once the oil begins to release, add the chicken and cook until the chicken is warm and the chorizo is crispy.
3. Add the salad and beans to a serving bowl.
4. In a small mixing bowl, add the dressing ingredients and whisk together.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.
6. Add the chicken and chorizo.

100g Cooked Chicken Breast
20g Sliced Chorizo
1/2 Tin Canallini Beans Drained
Salad To Fill A Large Bowl
Dressing:
1 TBSP Olive Oil
2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
A pinch of salt and pepper
