Method
1. In a bowl, add the green beans with a small dash of water and cover with cling film.
2. Place in the microwave and cook for 2 minutes. Remove and cut into quarters.
3. Place the sweet potato on a plate and warm in the microwave (Optional).
4. Add the salad greens to a bowl and dress with the dressing ingredients.
5. Add the remainder of the ingredients on top of the salad greens.
6. Season with pepper.
