Our day to day environment in a MASSIVE influence on our lives. Do you enjoy the environment you are in whilst training? Do you feel comfortable and relaxed? If the answer is YES then great you must be in a training environment that’s perfect for you. If you have answered no then NOW is the time to make some changes…. If your not feeling the vibe you most definitely are not going to get the very most out of your precious hour you have set aside for your training!!
Some of us benefit from training in a competitive environment, but some of us DON’T and that’s perfectly OK too!! As our goals change we require different things so perhaps that gym you joined a year ago has been great up to now but now your goals have changed and you may need a new environment which may suit you better!!
Make sure you are happy, comfortable and relaxed in your surroundings when working towards your fitness goals….. It will make a vast difference to your ‘journey’ and more than likely increase your successes.
This is supposed to be a fun, exciting, enjoyable journey through fitness so make sure you are ticking off all those things 🙂
