Griddled Pineapple with Coconut Yoghurt

Method
1. In a bowl, mix the agave syrup, cinnamon and pineapple.
2. Place a griddle pan on the hob on a high heat.
3. Place the pineapple on the griddle pan and cook on all sides until you get dark brown char lines.
4. Serve in a bowl with the coconut yoghurt and Sprinkle with the desiccated coconut.

200g Pineapple cut into long chunks
20g Agave Syrup
1/2tsp Ground Cinnamon
200g Alpro Coconut Yoghurt
20g Desiccated Coconut
