Baked Eggs

Method
1. Pre heat oven to 200c/180fan.
2. Spray 1kcal into a frying pan on high heat.
3. Add in Cabbage & Leaks, cook until softened.
4. Take saucepan off heat and crack three eggs amongst the leafy mixture.
5. Place into the oven for 5 minutes or until eggs have cooked to your liking.
6. Serve with salt and pepper and a slice of toast.
