1/2 cup Almond Milk
1 espresso shot / 1 tsp instant coffee + 2 tbsp boiling water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tsp peanut butter
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup water
**you could swap the vanilla whey to choccy, which will make it more like a Mocha**
