

Blueberry & Strawberry Sorbet

Method
1. Weigh out the frozen fruit
2. Chop the dates, removing the pit
3. Pour all ingredients into the food processor, except the Agave syrup
4. Pulse and blend on high, until ingredients are smooth
5. If you find that the ingredients are becoming stuck to the side, scoop out half the mixture into a bowl
6. With the remaining mixture in the food processor, add 3 TBSP of water and blend again
7. Once mixture is smooth, add the remaining ingredients from the bowl with 2 TBSP of water, and blend until smooth
8. Once all the fruit and dates have a smooth consistency, add 2 TBSP of Agave Syrup
9. Blend once more so the Agave is mixed throughout
10. Pour into a Tupperware, cover and place in the freezer to firm up over night
11. To serve your sorbet, weigh 170g into a bowl and enjoy
