Method

1. If having chicken rashers. Preheat the oven, and cook the chicken rashers as instructed on the package.

2. Whisk the chipotle paste with the egg. Add salt & pepper. 

3. Heat the 1 cal spray in a large frying pan, add the kale and tomatoes.

4. Cook until the kale is wilted and the tomatoes have softened, then push everything to the side of the pan. 

5. Pour the beaten egg into the cleared half of the pan and scramble.

6. Layer everything into the centre of your wrap, topping with the avocado, then wrap up and eat immediately.

2 Egg (1 Egg for non veggie option)

50g Kale

5 Cherry Tomatoes (halved)

60g Avocado (sliced)

4 Sprays of 1 Cal Spray

1 Protein Wrap (warmed)

3 Chicken Rashers (optional)
