Method

1. Mix the grated carrot, mixed spice and cinnamon with the oats.

2. Add 150ml add and a pinch of salt, and mix again.

3. Cover and chill in the fridge overnight.

4. In the morning, stir in the honey and sultanas.

5. Then top with Greek yogurt and enjoy.

Ingredients

40g grated carrot (grated)

½ TSP Mixed Spice 

½ TSP Cinnamon

40g Porridge oats

1 TSP Honey

14g Raisins 

50g Greek yogurt

150ml Almond Milk

25g Protein Powder (you can have this in the oats or on the side)
