Chicken And Mozzarella Salad

Method
1. Cut the tomatoes into chunks, season with a pinch of salt and pepper and place in a bowl.
2. Add the capers, oregano and balsamic vinegar and toss together.
3. Serve the tomatoes and tear the mozzarella into chunks.
4. Serve the chicken on top.

100g Cooked Chicken Breast
3 or 4 Green and Red Tomatoes
70g Mozzarella
1tsp Dried Oregano
10g Capers
1TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
