Chicken Souvlaki With Greek Salad

Method

1. In a bowl, spray the chicken with the oil spray, add 1tsp of the oregano with some salt and pepper and mix together.

2. Place a pan on a high heat on the hob and place the chicken in, turning every 30s until golden brown on all sides and cooked through (approx 8mins).

3. In a bowl mix the tomato, onion, cucumber, olives, feta, 1tsp oregano and half of the lemon juice. Serve on the plate.

4. Toast the pitta to desired level.

5. Mix in a bowl the yoghurt, mint and a pinch of salt.

6. When the chicken is cooked, remove from the heat and pour the remainder of the lemon juice over, tossing in the pan with the heat for a few seconds.

7. Place the cooked chicken in the pitta and top with the yoghurt mix

5cm Cucumber Cubed

1 Medium Tomato Cubed

5 Olives

6 Mint Leaves Finely Chopped

1/2 Onion Sliced

50g Yoghurt

20g Feta

Salt & Pepper

One Cal Spray Oil
