

Courgetti Spaghetti Bolognese

Method
1. Place a pan on the hob on a medium heat with some oil sprayed in. Add the onions and cook until soft.
2. Add the mince and cook until browned. Drain off any excess liquid.
3. Add the Garlic and cook for 1 minute followed by the tomato paste and cook for a further minute.
4. Add the chopped tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer. Cook for 20 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
5. Preheat the oven to 200/180fan degrees and place the garlic bread on a tray and place in the oven. Cook for 10 minutes or as directed.
6. Place a pan of salted water on a high heat and bring to the boil. Add the courgette to the water and cook for 2 minutes then drain.
7. Add the basil to the sauce, remove from the heat and serve with the courgette spaghetti and garlic bread.

1 400g tin chopped tomatoes
15g Tomato Paste
Handful Of Basil Chopped
4 Slices Of Garlic Bread
