Method

1. Preheat the grill for the bacon, and cook as instructed on the packet.

2. Lay the bread on the chopping board.

3. Spread the mayonnaise onto the bread.

4. Place the lettuce onto one half of a bread slice, followed by the sliced tomatoes.

5. Add the chicken and the bacon.

6. Season with Salt & Black Pepper.

7. Place the other half of the bread on top, and slice into a triangle.

2 Slices or Tiger Loaf Bread

2 Bacon Medallions

100g Cooked Chicken Breast

1 Cup (Cut/Shredded Lettuce)

2 Medium Slices of Tomato

15g Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise
