

HECK Chicken Sausages & Cheese Macaroni

Method
1. Preheat the oven/grill for the chicken sausages, and cook as directed on the packet.
2. Bring a pan of water to boil and add the Macaroni.
3. Boil the macaroni for 8-9 minutes, then drain.
4. Remove the lid & film and pop the Eatlean Spreadable tub in the microwave for 60 seconds.
5. Add the macaroni to a big bowl.
6. Stir through the Eatlean Spreadable Cheese, and Philadelphia Cream Cheese into the macaroni.
7. Now add tomatoes, chicken sausages and mustard to the macaroni and stir. Making sure all the ingredients are mixed together evenly.
8. Place the macaroni into an ovenproof dish.
9. Top the macaroni with the breadcrumbs, followed by 20g Eatlean Shaker and Parsley.
10. Bake in the oven 200C/180C F for 20 mins, or until you have a nice browned crispy topping.
11. When there is 5 minutes left for the macaroni, boil/steam the tenderstem broccoli.
12. Divide the macaroni into three portions, and serve with the broccoli.

150g Philadelphia Light (Philadelphia Light Garlic & Herb is another fantastic option)
200g Macaroni
3 HECK Chicken Italia Sausages (cut)
400g Tinned Tomatoes (drained)
1 Tsp Wholegrain mustard
20g Breadcrumbs
20g Eatlean Shaker (I used smoked)
180g Tenderstem Broccoli
½ TBSP Dried Parsley
