JP’s Cheeky Fish Finger Pitta Sandwich

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan.
2. Place the fish fingers in the oven and cook for 12 - 15 minutes.
3. When there is 2 minutes left for the fish fingers, place the pitta in the toaster.
4. Toast on a low heat to warm them up.
5. Take the fish fingers out of the oven and set aside.
6. Cut the pitta in half, and spread the mayonnaise .
7. Add the lettuce and cucumber, followed by the fish fingers.
8. Season with salt & black pepper.

10g Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise
50g Cucumber
1 Cup Shredded Salad Greens
