Naked Chicken Katsu With Pak Choi & Rice

Method

1. Bring a pan to boil and add the rice, let simmer for 16 minutes or as instructed on the packet.

2. Heat a non-stick frying pan with a few sprays of 1 Kcal Spray.

3. Add the chopped Pak Choi, fry for a few minutes then add the Soy Sauce.

4. Let the Pak Choi cook with the soy sauce, until slightly softened & looking slightly chargrilled. 

5. Add the diced chicken, cook for 3 - 5 minutes then add the Katsu sauce.

6. Cook until there is no pink left in the chicken, then set aside.

7. Drain your rice, then serve with the chicken & pak choi.

Ingredients

50g Yosushi Katsu Curry Sauce

1 TBSP Light Soy Sauce

100g Pak Choi (chopped into slices)

110g Chicken Breast (chopped into cubes/strips)

125g White Boiled Rice (using rice bags which takes 16 minutes to cook)

Few Sprays of Fry Light
