No Bake Walnut Protein Bars

Method

1. Line a baking tin with parchment paper.

2. Put milk and agave into a bowl, give it a stir and pop it into the microwave for 15 seconds.

3. Remove from the microwave and add in the remainder of the ingredients.

4. After stirring the mixture through, spoon it into the baking tray, spreading the mixture out evenly.

5. Place the mixture into the freezer for 2 hours, when ready remove from the freezer and take the set mixture out of the tin.

6. Cut the set mixture into individual bars, putting them in individual small sandwich bags, put them back in the freezer and take one out as and when you want one.

TOP TIP – They are quite runny and don’t remain combined if left out of the freezer for a while, they are definitely tasty but will need to be an at home snack that you can keep in the freezer until you are ready to eat one.

30g Ground Flaxseed

100ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
