Method

1. Pre heat oven to 240/220fan degrees

2. Spray each side of the lo dough base with 1kcal spray.

3. Fry off the lo dough in a saucepan to create a crispy base, making sure to regularly turn the dough to prevent potential burning. – This takes a matter of minutes.

4. Take the lo dough base off the heat and place on a pizza tray.

5. Grate the cheddar cheese.

6. Apply passata to the lo dough base making sure to cover all edges.

7. Place additional toppings onto the base accept the rocket.

8. Place the pizza into the oven for 6-7 minutes.

9. Once crisp remove from the oven, then layer the pizza with rocket and EAT!!

Half a Medium Pepper

3 Tesco Small Pepperoni Slices

75g Cooked Chicken

25g Tomato Puree mixed with water

(or 100g Passata)

Handful Of Rocket

25g Cheese
