One Pot Salmon

Method
1. Pre heat oven to 220c/fan 200C.
2. Put chopped sweet potato into a baking dish and spray 1kcal over the potatoes, then roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
3. Add green beans to the dish and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
4. Place cherry tomatoes and salmon into the dish around and on top of the potatoes and vegetables.
5. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the dish and apply another spray of 1kcal.
6. Bake the dish for a further 10-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked.

100g Green Beans
2 Shallots - Halved
300g Sweet Potato
12 On The Vine Cherry Tomatoes
1tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1Kcal Cooking Spray
