Method

1. Place a pan of water on the hob and bring to the boil.

2. Add the vinegar to the water and mix in.

3. Crack the eggs into the water.

4. Once the eggs go in to the water, toast your bagel to a desired level.

5. When the eggs are cooked as you like them (approx 2 mins), remove from the water pat dry and serve on the bagel with the houmous and salad on the side.

30g Houmous Of Your Choice

Dash of Vinegar
