Poached Egg With Veg

Method
1. Place a pan of water on the hob and bring to the boil.
2. Add the vinegar to the water and mix in.
3. Heat a pan on the hob to a high heat, spray a few sprays of oil in and add the tomatoes and mushrooms.
4. Stir regularly until and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Crack the eggs into the water.
6. Once the eggs go in to the water, toast your bagel to a desired level.
7. Add the spinach to the pan of vegetables and wilt. Season with salt and pepper.
8. When the eggs are cooked as you like them (approx 2 mins), remove from the water pat dry and serve on the bagel with the veg on the side.

2 Eggs
1/2 Bagel Of Your Choice
A Handful Of Halved Cherry Tomatoes
1 Large Mushroom Sliced
A Handful Of Spinach
Dash of Vinegar
