Pre Workout Mini Banana & Oat Bakes

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180C and spray 1 kcal spray into muffin/cupcake tin holes.
2. Melt the coconut oil.
3. Add the coconut oil, dates and banana to a blender, and blend for 20 seconds on a high setting.
4. Add the oats and vanilla extract into the blender and blend again but on a low setting.
5. Divide the mixture into the muffin/cupcake tin holes.
6. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, until golden.
7. Remove the mini bakes, and place onto a wire rack to cool down.
8. Serve at room temperature.
9. Store the others in an airtight container.

10 Pitted Dates (chopped)
200g Banana (chopped into pieces)
185g Oats
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
