Method
1. Preheat your waffle maker and spray with a few sprays of One Cal Spray.
2. In a large bowl mix together the Protein Powder, Coconut Flour, Baking Powder and Coconut Sugar.
3. Then add the Eggs, Unsweetened Almond Milk and Vanilla Extract to the dry mix.
4. Use a whisk all the ingredients together until a batter forms.
5. Pour half the batter (130g) into the waffle maker (depending on size it might only fill some of the triangles) and cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes, until they start to turn golden.
6. Serve with Halo Top Ice Cream & Blackberries.
