

Speedy Prawn Balti

Method
1. Heat a large frying pan or Wok on a high heat and spray a few sprays of One Cal.
2. Add the chopped Onions and cook till they start to go golden brown, then add the chopped garlic and cook for 1 - 2 mins.
3. Turn the hob down to a medium heat, then add the Balti sauce to the onions and garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring continuously.
4. Then add the Prawns, Canned Tomatoes, Spinach and chopped Coriander.
5. Cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes, until the prawns have turned pink and the spinach has wilted down.
6. When there is two minutes left for the Prawn Balti, put the rice into the microwave and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Serve the rice in a bowl and top with the Prawn Balti, decorate the dish with the leftover Coriander.

200g Raw Prawns
400g Canned Chopped Tomatoes
50g Balti Curry Paste (Patak’s Original or a preferred brand)
½ Medium Onion (Chopped)
2 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
100g Spinach
Small bunch of Coriander chopped (save some for decoration)
½ TSP Chilli Flakes (Optional)
1 Tilda Brown Microwavable Rice
One Cal Cooking Spray
