Method
1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl (melt coconut oil separately before adding to mixture).
2. Then add BOILING water to make a sloppy consistency.
3. Place in muffin tins.
4. Place in oven and bake for 10 mins at 180degree!!
Ingredients
Makes 4 Muffins
30g Oats
25g or one scoop of protein powder (use Vegan Protein as alternative)
1/2tsp Ground Ginger
A Pinch Of Ground Cinammon
A Pinch Of Mixed Spice
1 level tsp of baking powder
15g Sunflower Seeds
1tsp of coconut oil (if you have it)
