Method
1. Place brocolli into an microwavable bowl and heat for 3 minutes.
2. Cook Chicken for 25 minutes on 200c/180Fan.
3. Place all ingredients including the brocolli & chicken into a large salad bowl including dressing, mix together and enjoy.

150g Uncooked Chicken (125g Quorn Chicken Pieces or 150g Tofu)
20g Almonds
75g Broccoli
Handful Shredded Beetroot
