Tuna Melt Wrap

Method
1. Heat a dry pan on the hob to a high heat.
2. On a chopping board lay the spinach wrap, layer the tuna, tomato, and cheddar. Sprinkle the ras el hanout evenly and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place in the dry pan and cook for 1 minute then flip. Repeat this for 8 minutes.
4. Remove from the heat, cut in to triangles and serve with the salad.

1/2 Tin Tuna
20g Cheddar Cheese Sliced
1 Large Tomato Sliced
1tsp Ras el Hanout (or Garam Marsala)
Salt and Pepper
Serve with Salad
