Turkey & Avocado Open Sandwich

Method
1. Place the sourdough into the toaster.
2. Whilst the sourdough is toaster, place the avocado into a bowl and smash it with a fork to the consistency that you would like.
3. Add ¼ TSP of chili flakes (this is optional), and season with salt and black pepper.
4. Squeeze the lime juice into the bowl with the avocado, stir with a fork or spoon. Set aside.
5. Take the toast out of the toaster, spread the hummus, followed by the avocado.
6. Place the slices turkey on top of the toast, season with black pepper.
7. Serve with a side salad.

80g Wholemeal Sourdough Bread
78g Turkey Slices (4 slices)
20g Hummus
