Turkey Burgers With Pineapple Salsa

Method

1. In a mixing bowl add the turkey mince, half the onion, the fish sauce, chilli, juice of 1 lime and half of the coriander.

2. Mix together through your hands and form into 6 equal size patties.

3. Heat a large pan on the hob to a medium/high heat, spray with a few sprays of oil and add the patties.

4. Heat the grill to a high heat and halve the bread rolls, placing on a tray soft side up and toast.

5. Turn the patties every couple of minutes until cooked through (roughly 10 minutes).

6. In a bowl, mix the pineapple, remainder of the onion and coriander, the red onion and the juice of 1/2 a lime.

7. Construct the burgers with 2 patties in each and a third of the pineapple salsa.

8. Serve with Salad.

300g Lean Turkey Mince

1 Red Onion Finely Diced

1tsp fish sauce

1 Red Chilli Finely Diced

Juice of 1 and a 1/2 Limes

Small Bunch Coriander Finely Diced

3 Organic Wholemeal Bread Rolls

100g Pineapple Finely Diced

1/2 Red Pepper Finely Diced

Salt And Pepper

One Cal Oil Spray
