Vegetarian Sausage Bake

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220/200fan degrees.
2. In a large oven proof dish, add the raw potato wedges, paprika, cumin and a few sprays of one cal oil.
3. Season the wedges with salt and pepper and place into the oven for 20 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven, turn the wedges and add the sausages, return for a further 20 minutes.
5. With 3 minutes to go, place a pan on the hob on a high heat and add the spinach to the pan.
6. Cook the spinach until wilted down and still a dark green colour. Season with salt and pepper once wilted.
7. Serve all together.

300g Raw Sweet Potato Cut Into Wedges
1tsp Paprika
1tsp Cumin
2 Large Handfuls Of Spinach
Salt And Pepper
One Cal Spray Oil
